Assignment Contract
An assignment contract will be delivered electronically once your offer has been accepted. Once the assignment contract is signed, we will introduce you to the title company that will facilitate the closing process. The closing date will be written on the assignment contract.
Earnest Money Deposit
A minimum EMD of $5,000 must be wired to the Title Company within 3 days. Earnest Money is non-refundable (unless the seller cannot produce a clean market title).
